About Fednot
At Fednot, IT is first and foremost about people.
As an IT Care Agent, you won't spend your days hidden behind a ticketing system. Working in close proximity to your colleagues, you'll be a visible and trusted point of contact for employees across the organisation. You'll work closely with colleagues from Infrastructure, Network, Windows and Service Management teams, giving you the opportunity to gradually build a broader understanding of how modern IT services come together.
You don't need to know everything from day one. We're looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn and enjoys helping others. In return, you'll be supported by experienced colleagues who are approachable, willing to share their knowledge and committed to helping you grow.
