Fednot ICT is the IT center of expertise for Belgian notaries. With more than 140 IT specialists, we design and build digital platforms that support the 1000+ notary offices across Belgium and serve millions of citizens.

Our applications – such as Biddit, Izimi, and Manage my business – simplify complex administrative processes, improve legal transparency, and ensure secure digital communication between notaries, citizens, and public institutions.

We work with modern technologies (Java 17–21, Angular 18, cloud-native architectures, process automation, AI, and advanced security) and deliver software that matters — for citizens, notaries, and public institutions.

Senior Full Stack Developer

The job

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you join an agile DevOps team working on new developments — not legacy maintenance.

You help design and build applications end-to-end, together with product managers, analysts, testers, architects, and other developers. You will work on meaningful projects where your input is valued, where decisions are made collaboratively, and where you can contribute to both technical and functional choices.

You have full lifecycle ownership : from design to development, deployment, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain new applications following Fednot’s quality, security, and architecture standards.
• Work closely with product owners, analysts, testers, and architects in a real team-driven environment.
• Bring your ideas: actively shape the technical direction, challenge approaches, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Adopt new libraries, tools, and technologies in a pragmatic, value-driven way.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Focus on long-term product evolution rather than one-off delivery.

Your profile

You have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end developer.
• Solid experience in agile development.
• Strong technical skills : Back-end : Java 17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL - Front-end: Angular 18, JavaScript, HTML/CSS - DevOps: Kubernetes - CI/CD with Jenkins
• A good understanding of Domain Driven Design, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud-native development (a strong plus).
• Fluent in Dutch OR French, with professional English.
